China Hacks

Is China hacking? Of course it is — on a broad scale. A report issued in by the Mandiant Group was close to definitive. It traced a group of hackers to a building owned by the People’s Liberation Army.

Of course, this doesn't mean the U.S. does not return the favor. Our government has its own building full of hackers.
