Nothing Crazy About Fruit

A study recently published in Social Indicators Research investigated the relationship between fruit and vegetable consumption and mental health. In brief, it found that the more fruit and vegetables one consumed, the greater one's mental well-being was likely to be.

Life satisfaction and happiness metrics continued to increase up to seven or more portions of fruit and vegetables cunsumed, while mental health problem metrics continued to decrease up to five or more portions of fruit and vegetables consumed.
