Downside of an Upturn

Though everyone hopes for an upswing in the economy, and the sooner the better. Believe it or not, it would not be an unmitigated good.

During times of depressed economic activity, drivers, especially high-risk 16 to 24 year-old drivers, log significantly fewer hours on the road with a corresponding drop in auto-related accidents, injuries and fatalities.
