Privacy is Dead

A year ago, the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for D.C. ordered the Transportation Security Administration to hold public hearings concerning the rules and regulations pertaining to the nude body scanners installed at U.S. airport security checkpoints.

Concerns about the machines include the graphic nature of the images, the potential health risks and the scanners’ effectiveness.

The TSA has yet to comply.
