Disconnected Youth

A recent study says disconnected youth, those without degrees, jobs or job prospects number 6.7 million.

Further, it estimates that over the course of their lifetimes they cost taxpayers $1.56 trillion and society in-general $4.75 trillion in lost production and diverted resources.
